1. Processing Time

We aim to have all orders packed, pulled, and shipped by the end of the next working day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following working day.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow its journey.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

To ensure your items arrive safely and swiftly, we exclusively offer Express Delivery.

  • Shipping Fees: Delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

  • You will be informed of the final delivery cost before you complete your purchase.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

While we strive to meet these timelines, please note that delivery dates are estimates provided by our courier partners.

4. International Orders (Customs & Duties)

For our international friends, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

Sincerely, Vivy is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Delivery Address & Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We want your jumper to find you, not go on its own solo vacation. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.
