Refund policy
We want you to love your "Sincerely" piece. However, because we are a small team dedicated to keeping things simple and cozy, we have a few specific rules regarding returns and exchanges.
1. No Refunds or Returns
Please choose your items carefully! We do not offer returns or refunds for a change of mind or "buyer’s remorse." All sales are final once they leave our hands.
2. Size Exchanges
Ordered the wrong fit? Don't worry, we’ve got you. We will gladly accept exchanges for a different size of the same item, provided:

The item is in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition

The new size requested is available

All original tags are still attached

You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
3. Exchange Shipping Costs
While we are happy to swap your size, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs involved in the exchange. This includes:

The cost of shipping the original item back to the Sincerely, Vivy warehouse

The cost of shipping the new size back to you
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for jumpers that get lost on their way back to us.
4. Damaged or Faulty Items
In the rare event that your jumper arrives with a manufacturing fault (and wasn't just a "laundry day accident"—remember, handwash only!), please contact us at hello@sincerelyvivy.com immediately with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.
